DescriptionMovement orders for the Carnival Queen crowning ceremony which took place on 8 November 1952 at Windsor Park, Hastings. Instructions include times for the following: Assembly at Railway Road, procession route, closing of all raffles, trooping of the colours, official announcement and declaration of results, commencement of crowning ceremony, reception at Assembly Hall. Signed by H.B. Popplewell, chairman of War Memorial Entertainment Committee and Norman Brown, Queen Carnival Organiser.
