DescriptionAn aerial photograph taken on 1 March 2023 shows the Tangoio Valley, including Beach Road, Tati Way, and Te Karu Lane within the Tangoio Beach Settlement subdivision. On 14 February Cyclone Gabrielle caused extensive flooding across the area, inundating two newly built homes and sending fast moving water across several other lots.
