The Village Exchange Project, a large commercial development opened late 2016 comprised of hospitality, office and retail tenancies, Malo Restaurant and Porters Boutique Hotel.
Situated where the original Exchange Hotel was opened in 1862. The hotel was later known as McDuff’s Hotel, then the Eardisley Hotel. It was replaced with the Happy Tav and later renamed Icons@The Tav.
